Abstract
An inside diameter blade has an annular plate and a layer of abrasive grains deposited on an internal circumferential portion of the annular plate. The thickness of the internal circumferential portion of the annular plate is set to no greater than 1/5,000 of its outer diameter. The tensile strength of the annular plate is set to no less than 230 kgf/mm.sup.2.
