Abstract
A modified styrenic polymer is described, which comprises the reaction product of said polymer with an ethylenically unsaturated grafting agent having the formula: ##STR1## wherein one to three of R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are moieties containing reactive groups selected from carboxylic acid, acid anhydride, acid amide, imido, carboxylic ester, amino, hydroxyl, epoxy, isocyanate, carbamate, carbamoyl lactam, acyl lactam, pyridyl, 1,3-oxazoline, 1,3 oxazine, oxazolone, oxazinones, and any derivatives, combinations and mixtures thereof; and
