Abstract

A method of controlling fungal infections of animals in aquaculture caused by the genus Fusarium spp. involves applying as a fungicidal or fungistatic agent a compound of formula ##STR1## wherein n signifies 0 or 1 and either X signifies oxygen and R methyl or X signifies methylene and R hydrogen, or a salt thereof to the animals in aquaculture. The invention also concerns a fungicidal or fungistatic feed usable in such method.
