Fluorine-containing vitamin D.sub.3 analogues of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are independently hydrogen atom, a hydroxy-protecting group, having excellent pharmacological activities, such as tumor cell differentiation-inducing activity, which are useful as a medicament.
