Abstract

The present invention provides a medicament for the treatment of painful and/or inflammatory diseases and/or of fever with flurbiprofen, wherein the flurbiprofen is pure or preponderantly R(-)-flurbiprofen worked up in combination with conventional pharmaceutical carriers and adjuvants, to give a medicament.
