Abstract
There is described pyrroloquinoline derivatives of general formula: ##STR1## wherein R' is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl group, R.sup.2 is a group: ##STR2## or group: ##STR3## wherein R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are as defined, or salt thereof. These compounds have an antimicrobial activity.
