Abstract
A method of producing solvent-soluble chlorinated polyolefin as resin for paint, ink, adhesion and film-forming uses comprising suspending polyolefin powder finely pulverized to a specific surface area of 300 to 20,000 cm.sup.2 /g into aqueous medium and conducting chlorination.
