Abstract
There is disclosed an electrochemical power cell comprised of an anode member and cathode member mounted via an intermediate non-porous dielectric layer having a volume resistivity of at least 1000 ohm..times.cm. therebetween to permit electrolytic contact to be established through the bulk electrolyte.
