Abstract
In a solid oxide fuel cell, a multiplicity of single cells are arranged one on each of multiple hollow portions, each single cell including confronting inner and outer electrodes separated by a solid electrolyte. The individual single cells are interconnected in series by multiple interconnections each extending from the inner electrode, at its portion contiguous to the substrate, of the respective one single cell to the outer electrode of the adjacent single cell through the electrolyte of the respective one single cell.
