Abstract
A patch for the transdermal delivery of pharmaceutical drugs. The patch is characterized by having a single mass of elastomer in which the active drug and a percutaneous absorption enhancer are homogeneously dispersed throughout. The patch is especially well suited to delivering the beta.sub.2 adrenergic agonist drug albuterol.
