Abstract
A thermal transfer material applied with a cyan die which has features of improved thermal diffusibility, thermal resistance, and hue, is disclosed. The dye is represented by the following formula I: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents substituents; A and A' represent each an aryl group; X represents a hydroxyl group or --N(R)R' in which R and R' represent each an alkyl group allowable to have a substituent.
