Abstract
A process for the preparation of novel resin comprising reacting cyclopentadienes, preferably dicyclopentadienes, with tall oil pitch or a neutrals-containing component thereof, at a temperature between about 200.degree. C. and about 300.degree. C. is described. The use of the resin in inks and coatings and the like is also discussed.
