Abstract

The invention relates to the preparation of substituted azacyclohexyl derivatives of rifamycins of the formula ##STR1## and salts thereof in which R.sub.1 is hydrogen or trialkylacetyl, R.sub.2 is hydrogen or acetyl and R.sub.3 is alkyl, which exhibit valuable pharmacological properties.
