Abstract

A sintered, composite ceramic material if formed of a plurality of titanate and aluminate compounds that cooperate to produce improved dielectric properties, including a dielectric constant between about 10 and 25, preferably between 14 and 21, and a temperature coefficient less than 15 ppm per .degree.C., preferably less than 10 ppm per .degree.C. The material exhibits an oxide composition generally characterized by the formula
