Abstract
Novel triazole compounds represented by the general formulas I and II, a process for producing novel triazole compounds of the general formula I from novel triazole compounds of the general formula II as starting materials, and herbicides that include novel triazole compounds of the general formula I: ##STR1## where R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 which may be the same or different each represents a lower alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl group, or R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, when taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, represent an azacycloalkane having 4-6 carbon atoms;
