Abstract

A thermal transfer printing (TTP) receiver sheet has a dye-receptive receiving layer to receiver a dye thermally transferred from a donor sheet, and a substrate comprising a layer of a synthetic polymer having a deformation index, at a temperature of 200.degree. C. and under a pressure of 2 megaPascals, of at least 4.5%.
