Abstract
A method for producing a cyclic alkyleneimine, which comprises reacting a cyclic ether with a compound of the formula NH.sub.2 R wherein R is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, in a vapor phase in the presence of a solid acid catalyst, wherein the reaction is conducted under a pressure of at least 0.5 kg/cm.sup.2 G as the total pressure of partial pressures of the reactants and the reaction product.
