Abstract

The present invention is a cyanato group containing phenolic resin, and to phenolic triazine resins derived therefrom. The cyanato group containing phenolic resin of the present invention can be completely cured to form a phenolic triazine resin having a glass transition temperature equal to or greater than 250.degree. C.
