Abstract
Indole compounds named 'sulphinine' and 'secopenitrem' have been isolated from the sclerotia of from fungi Aspergillus sulphureus. An indole compound named 'aflatrem B' has been isolated from the sclerotia of the fungi Aspergillus flavus. The compounds are effective for controlling Coleopteran and Lepidopteran insects.
