Abstract

The invention relates to the analgesic compounds of general formula (I): ##STR1## in which: R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, A, Z and m are as defined in the description, their isomers, epimers and diastereoisomers, their addition salts with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid and, when R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 each represent a hydrogen atom, their addition salts with a pharmaceutically acceptable base.
