Abstract
The vehicle is supported on the ground by tiltable propulsion units carried by a vehicle body. The vehicle includes force sensors for forming force signals representative of the forces applied to each propulsion unit from the vehicle body. Support signal forming means receive and process these force signals to form support signals representative of the support forces applied to the propulsion unit by the ground. The invention is particularly applicable to the nuclear industry.
