Abstract

Flame-resistant polymeric compositions, preferably olefinic polymers and/or copolymers, containing 8 to 45% by weight of a flameproofing system. This flameproofing system comprises at least one phosphorus component and a monomeric triazinylpiperazine. The phosphours component is a free-flowing, pulverulent, sparingly water-soluble ammonium polyphosphate, while the triazinylpiperazine used is a pulverulent bistriazinylpiperazine.
