Abstract
A thermosensitive recording material with a highly improved dynamic coloring sensitivity, comprising a support, and a coloring layer formed thereon, which comprises (a) a leuco dye, (b) at least one of 1,7-bis(4-hydroxphenylthio)-3,5-dioxahepetane and 1,5-bis(4-hydroxyphenylthio)-3-oxapentane as a color developer, and (c) a dibenzyl oxalate derivative having formula (I) as a sensitizer: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 each independently represent hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a halogen or a hydroxyl group.
