Abstract
A composite material comprising a polyvinylidene fluoride layer, a substrate of a material that does not adhere to polyvinylidene fluoride, and an intermediate layer between said fluoride layer and substrate comprising a blend of polyvinylidene fluoride and a polymer containing carbonyl groups, ##STR1## in its polymer chain; the subject blend, and the process of treating a surface to adhere polyvinylidene fluoride thereto.
