Abstract
Therapeutic agents for the treatment of peptic ulcer disease, containing as active ingredient, at least one compound of the general formula I ##STR1## wherein one of R.sup.1 and R.sup.3 is ##STR2## (wherein m is 1-5, R.sup.4 represents a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl group); the other one of R.sup.1 and R.sup.3 is hydrogen, (C.sub.3 -C.sub.6)alkenyl or (C.sub.1 -C.sub.8)alkyl which can be substituted with up to 2 hydroxyl groups or a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkoxy group; and R.sup.2 is (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl.
