Abstract
A method for inspecting the root canal comprising using a room temperature-setting, rubbery and elastic impression material, typically a silicon impression material and 20.0 to 75.0% by weight of a radiopaque substance contained therein, which shows a solubility of 0.2 grams and less per 100 ml of water of 20.degree. C. and is in the form of finely divided powders having a mean particle size of 5.times.10.sup.-3 .about.10 micrometers.
