Abstract
A non-tacky composite resin composition comprises a polyurethane having a group represented by the general formula (I) in the molecule thereof, and a polyvinyl chloride, ##STR1## where Me is a methyl group, n is an integer of 1.ltoreq.n.ltoreq.100, X and Y are respectively an integer provided that 1.ltoreq.X.ltoreq.3, 0.ltoreq.Y.ltoreq.2, and X+Y=3, and R is an alkylene group or alkylene groups which may be linked by one or more alkyleneoxy groups.
