Abstract
A process for the simultaneous production of titanium diboride and boron nitride powders using a single reaction procedure in which the raw materials of the TiB.sub.2 reaction and the BN reaction are blended together and subjected to a synthesis process which yields synthesized TiB.sub.2 and BN powders.
