Abstract
An electrophotographic photosensitive member comprises a conductive support and a photosensitive layer provided thereon. The photosensitive layer contains a fluorene compound represented by the following Formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 each represent an alkyl group; R.sub.3 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group or a halogen atom; R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 each represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aralkyl group or an aryl group.
