Abstract
This invention relates to 2,2-di-substituted benzopyran compounds which possess leukotriene-D.sub.4 (LTD.sub.4) antagonistic activity. In particular this invention relates to LTD.sub.4 antagonists of the formula: ##STR1## or a pharmaceutically acceptable addition salt thereof, wherein R.sup.1 is methyl, phenyl, ##STR2## wherein X.sub.1 and X.sub.2 may be the same or different and are members of the group comprising hydrogen, --Cl, --Br, --CF.sub.3, --NH.sub.2, --NO.sub.2, or straight or branched chain alkyl of 1-3 carbon atoms;
