Abstract

A new process for the preparation of substituted 2,4-diamino-6-flurotriazines of the formula ##STR1## in which the substituents have the meanings given in the description, comprises reacting ammonium salts of the formula ##STR2## in an aqueous medium at pH values of about 2.5-10 with 2,4,6-trifluorotriazine in a continuous process. The reaction products can be converted to dyestuffs without isolating the intermediates.
