Abstract
A pull-out tray assembly for installlation on a floor, under a shelf, or other overhanging member. The assembly has a rail base with an extending ear. A runner assembly is extensibly connected to the rail base and supports a basket. An extendable rod contacts the underside of the overhanging member and pushes downwardly on the extending ear to hold the assembly below a counter top or other location.
