Abstract
The method and apparatus for processing metal surfaces by forming the fine irregularity patterns onto metal surfaces in accordance with both of the strong and weak patterns characterized by the interference light on the metal surfaces under the irradiation of the interference light of laser beam onto the metal surfaces is described.
