A method of enrichment of coagulation Factors II, VII, IX and X in preparations obtained from plasma, plasma fractions, or other liquids containing the factors, by adsorbing the factor or factors onto a polymeric matrix that carries an .alpha.-hydroxylamine group, and eluting the factors.
