Abstract

An anti-human gastric cancer monoclonal antibody, AMC-462, which belongs to the class IgG.sub.1, reacts with human digestive system cancer, and recognizes sialylated glycoproteins or glycolipids as the antigen is disclosed. It is effective for diagnosis of digestive system cancer, especially pancreatic cancer.
