Abstract
A corrugation machine includes a woven papermakers fabric. The fabric has at least four layers of bulky yarns interwoven with monofilament yarns. The yarns and weave patterns are selected such that the fabric has a caliper of at least 0.2 inches, a weight of between 10 to 15 ounces per square foot and a permability of at least 25 CFM.
