Compounds of the formula ##STR1## or a pharmaceutically or agriculturally acceptable acid addition salt thereof, wherein R is 5-chloro-2-pyridyl, or phenyl optionally substituted by one to three substituents, each independently selected from F, Cl, Br, I, CF.sub.3, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl and C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy; R.sup.1 is CN, CSNH.sub.2 or CONR.sup.2 R.sup.3 where either
