Abstract

A transparent conductive film comprises, as the main component, indium oxide (In.sub.2 O.sub.3), and 6 to 20 mol % of zirconium oxide (ZrO.sub.2). The film has a light transmittance of 90% or more and an electric resistivity of less than the 2.times.10.sup.-4 .OMEGA.. cm of a conventional ITO film.
