Abstract
The invention relates to a solution for controlling the performance of the ionic exchange chromatography column of HPLC apparatuses, and more particularly of the AUTO A1C HA 8110-8111 apparatus with a MICROPEARL S-F-W-A1C column, said solution being made up of a lyophilic hemolysate comprising hemoglobin, monobasic potassium phosphate, dibasic potassium phosphate, .alpha.-D-ribose, guanine, cytosine, thymine and uracil, and a solvent, for restoring the lyophilic hemolysate, comprising a nonionic surface active agent such as TRITON X-100, a bacteriostatic agent, such as for instance sodium azide, and water, and it also relates to a process for the production of said solution.
