Abstract
The can-filling apparatus for a textile machine comprises an upper part supporting a filling head, a lower part structured particularly as an automatic coiler-can exchanger, and at least one upright supporting the upper part and exctending between the upper and the lower part. The at least one upright constitutes a telescopic pair of columns structured such that the telescoping displacement of one column relative to the other column of the telescopic pair of columns is infinitely variable. The one column telescopingly displaced relative to the other column can be arrested at a selectable height and, is required, connected to the other column of the telescopic pair of columns.
