Novel mixtures of aromatic diamines which are useful as chain extenders for urethane and urea polymers are compounds corresponding to the formula: ##STR1## wherein two of the R, R', and R' substituents are alkyl groups containing 1-6 carbons and the other substituent is a hydrocarbylthio group containing 1-6 carbons.
