Abstract
Stabilizer compositions including blends of sodium perchlorate hydrate and calcium silicate are disclosed. Free flowing powder compositions of reduced hazard level including calcium silicate, non-absorbing diluent powder such as calcium carbonate, and a solution of sodium perchlorate in water are also disclosed. Vinyl halide compositions especially those used for motor vehicle components having improved long term stability at moderate aging temperatures of about 180.degree. F. to about 275.degree. F., and processes for preparing such compositions, are also disclosed.
