Abstract
This invention relates to a composition comprising hydrous lipidic lamellar phases or liposomes containing, as an active agent a retinoid or a structural analogue of retinoid, such as a carotenoid or tretinoin. These compositions are more efficient against acne and less irritant for the skin and they are used as a pharmaceutical composition, notably dermatological or cosmetic.
