Abstract
Apparatus for detecting, analyzing and recording cardiac events includes a patient-wearable monitor detecting cardiac events and cardiac rhythm and processing information indicative of those events and rhythm to detect presence of a disturbance in the monitored rhythm by recording selected data from the patient's electrocardiogram before, during and after a detectd cardiac rhythm disturbance.
