Abstract

Disclosed is a therapeutic agent for the treatment of peripheral circulatory disorders that contains as the effective ingredient a dibenzoxazepin derivative of the following formula or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: ##STR1## where R.sub.1 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group or a lower alkoxy group; R.sub.2 is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group; and A signifies the group ##STR2## (where R.sub.3 is a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group, an optionally substituted phenyl group or a styryl group). Also, disclosed is a method for treatment of peripheral circulatory disorders by administering the compound of the formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to a patient suffering from such disorders.
