Abstract

An electrolytic polymerization method for forming a conductive film on a surface of a conductive body coated with an insulating film is disclosed. In this method, a pulse-like electrolytic current is supplied between an electrode connected with the conductive body and a counter electrode in an electrolyte containing substance for forming a conductive high-polymer film.
