Abstract
A translation apparatus is capable of translating a sentence from an original language into a sentence of a target language. In the translation apparatus, the sentence from the original language is analyzed by a computer so that the sentence of the target language may be produced. Prior to the translation, if the sentence from the original language contain a word or words which have not been registered in dictionaries for translation, such words can be collectively indicated on a screen or outputted by a printer. During the translation, if the sentence of the target language contain an inappropriate word or words, each of these words can be replaced by another desired word.
