Abstract
A condensed bicyclic disilanylene-acetylene compound having the following formula: ##STR1## wherein R and R' are independently a univalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms. The compound has a high degree of .sigma.-.pi. electron delocalization.
