Abstract

Pyrrolo[3,2-e]pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives are disclosed. The compounds are represented by the formula (I), ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 individually represent a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched alkyl group which may have a substituent, a cycloalkyl or phenyl group which may have a substituent, or a heterocyclic group which may have a substituent, and R.sub.3 is a hydrogen atom or a cyano group. The compounds have excellent circulatory disease curing activities as well as bronchodilation activities.
