Abstract

A method of combatting plant nematodes which comprises applying to the soil or the plant, an effective amount of a compound of general formula I ##STR1## wherein Ar, X, R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 have the meanings given in the description, is described. Some of the compounds also form part of the invention.
